Random Thoughts on Project Management

Focus on the Problem, than on the emotions. This gives a great control on the situation. Allows to solve the problem. Answer the following question:
1. What is the problem?
2. How does it manifest itself?
3. What are the consequences of the problem not being resolved - from a project perspective, rather than from the client OR developer team perspective
4. What have we done in order to address this problem?
5. What is our observation?
6. What additional things, do we think, shall be done? (irrespective of expertise)
7. What are things that we do not know (unknown)?

Proactive, PUSH communication is required in the project. And every team member shall know about whats happening on the project on a daily basis.
